The Alpha Underground is a nefarious underground institution that experiments with muscle-growing its defenseless test subjects in this sci-fi sexual visual novel.

When Francis, a sour old bear, is sent to The Alpha Underground, he has an opportunity to pay off his enormous obligations. He only needs to give up his rights and agree to be used as a test subject for some strange experiments conducted by a brilliant but depraved scientist. Francis will have to put on a lot of muscle if he wants to earn a lot of money because he is paid per pound of muscle he accumulates throughout this trial.

With all the weights Francis can lift, other test subjects, and enigmatic servants wearing masks and jacks, how will he fare?
