For the Trans Joy Jam 2026, this game was created in under two weeks!
We will be patching and updating the game over the next few weeks to release it as we intended. Please follow for more updates to be informed when we drop new patches, specifically our upcoming FULLY VOICED patched for River! Unfortunately, we ran into some technical issues near the end, so even though the game is technically complete, we weren’t able to bring it to its full vision.
BUGS KNOWN:
- River’s vocal lines are missing.
- We intend to address this in a future version, however please be advised that if you are sensitive to flashing visuals in games, you should wait until the patch is published with this change. Certain portions of the game flash briefly, primarily when the player character blinks.
- The player character’s return hug to River is not animated, but River can hug the player character with a special animation; this will be corrected later to give them both some animation (hugs for everyone!).
- SFX (menu and in-game) is missing.
- Home menu buttons that show up in the settings menu.
- Partially absent music.
- There are no musical transitions.
- Some animations still require smoothing.
- It is necessary to update certain expressions.
- The last UI change is scheduled.
- Although adorable, certain “…” have been replaced with tiny birds; this was not done on purpose!
