A fan VN called “In the Shade of a Sequoia” is based on “The Smoke Room” from the Goodnight Fellowship.

Discover the tale of Roscoe Conway, a recent immigrant to Echo who is battling to overcome the lingering effects of his past and find his path to being the better man he aspires to be. But the paths of self-improvement and self-discovery are seldom without their share of challenges, and the mistakes of the past might not be so simple to overcome.

This is both my first attempt at writing a graphic novel and my first large-scale writing effort. The Goodnight Fellowship’s “The Smoke Room” served as a major inspiration for this project, which makes use of its resources with specific written consent. I truly hope you appreciate it.
