ABOUT THE GAME
Before you were set up for $500,000 and five kilograms of white powder, you were the right hand of a major mafia family. You’re on the run now.
You sail to a small island hamlet while hiding from your past, where your uncle assigns you to run a partially destroyed hospital. It looks like a peaceful spot to hide. However, you quickly discover that an odd monster with a shark’s tail is observing you. That is by no means your greatest issue.
