Undead characters, suggested brutality, and sporadic trauma bonding characterize this somewhat darker-themed tale.
ABOUT THE GAME
You wake up in a moist, dark cave. The only sound that breaks the stillness is the sickly waters that trickle through the rough stone’s crevices and pool to the sides into stagnant, stinking puddles of rot. With the help of two braziers that shine a spectral blue light, you strain your eyes against the darkness. You can’t call out to the two other bodies you see. Your body feels too heavy to move, whether it’s from shock or blight. There is a big, intimidating person sitting in the middle of this horrible cell, and you can hardly bend your neck to get there.
This creature’s ghoulish skull-like face is streaked with cadaverous tones while the pale cerulean hues of the infernal flames dance menacingly across its frame. Within the pitch-black holes are two wan spheres, each with a single red ring to act as pupils and a terrible yellow color. Like vultures, these eyes poke and prod into every fiber of your body with deliberate, practiced attention to detail. The big beast in front of you lets out a gravel-like voice as the others in the room start to stir.
“You’re awake. Good. We have much to discuss, my pets. But first, allow me to tell you a story…”
RPG Maker MV was used to create the NSFW role-playing adventure game Dungeon of the Fell Queen during the Fourth Preggo Game Jam! Take on the role of three recently resurrected creeps as they try to serve the Fell Queen, their new lich mistress. Locate Phylacteries so that you and her can absorb their souls into your wombs and get amazing abilities. As your pregnancies go on, you’ll get stronger and develop new skills to help you on your adventures through the dangerous caverns, until you’re strong enough to make an escape at last.
The Fallen Queen’s Dungeon
To be honest, I’m not too pleased with the outcome. Time truly slipped away from me, and I haven’t had much energy because I’m still feeling a little under the weather. As I intend to add a total of five levels, more pregnancy stages, more monsters, more Dungeon levels, more skills, a browser version, etc., it is currently VERY incomplete. However, I’ll keep working on a post-Jam version! I’d like to see this story through, and it’s been a fantastic exercise in creating combat and map interactions.
This version is currently extremely brief. Really? You can possibly finish this in less than ten minutes if you know where to go and are avoiding cutscenes.
GAME FEATURES
Personalized sprites and artwork for each of the main characters, including many distinct dialogue sprites for the Queen’s developing pregnancy! (The three major characters will have multiple talking sprites, but they are not yet implemented.)
Level design influenced by Metroidvania. You can advance further into the Dungeon as the Queen gives her Revenants new skills as she matures! (Only partially implemented; in subsequent iterations, this will be more noticeable.)
Four whole zombie creepazoids that develop large, pregnant bellies!
How lovely is it that there are no game overs? Your Queen simply calls you a fool and brings you back to the beginning if you fall. Remember to recover before you sprint back out there if that occurs!

KINKS INCLUDE
Basically, simply becoming pregnant. It’s important to note that the characters’ hips and chests will also enlarge.
DOES NOT contain explicit sexual content or nudity, but we’re getting pretty close with this one (especially after the baby bumps start expanding).
I investigated, and there isn’t any real vore in the game, although the ghoul’s abilities might be deemed vore-themed.

Finally, but certainly not least, this time, art was a COLLABORATION! My close friend Drewcake-DA created the enemy combat sprites! She was really helpful, so if you feel like it, please check out her social media accounts (she’s also on FurAffinity)!
Final note: I’ve been trying to deploy the game while excluding unused files, but MV ended up removing some files that are actually used in the game. I believe everything should be working now, but if you encounter any errors related to missing images, please let me know and I’ll fix them as soon as possible. Also, if you spot any bugs or typos, feel free to report them in the BUGS thread—thank you!
Quick addendum: I fixed the bug that traps you in the boulder room. However, I forgot to set the exit to trigger on touch. To leave, just press the action button while standing on the tile. I might not have enough time to release an updated build before the deadline, so if I don’t, just know you’re not actually softlocked—I just didn’t implement the fix properly.
