An Orossari heiress has recruited you to look into a strange rift in the universe that separates the planet Doxa from an enigmatic world.

However, you have a gut feeling that she is concealing the truth. But don’t we all have your secrets?

Heavy pollutants from the metropolis far below were carried by the wind, which shook the scaffolding. The Orossari took refuge under the buzzing hazedome of the Blessed Quarter, which was surrounded by a fire barrier made of flattened ruins.

That’s where it all began. when structures were discovered in the Femtal-Zark field by Odesa and the others. That weird, otherworldly world, just almost accessible.

Where is that? It responds to organic minds, but why? Is there anything it wants from us? Or do we require it, an inseparable part of ourselves?

Ash from burning Doxa weighed down a long purple feather that was lying on the scaffolding. My mind were drawn away from the abstract by the smooth smoothness as I ran my finger along the length.

All of stuff was irrelevant. I have to concentrate on the crucial query: who created the cognitive web? What made them construct it?… We might not have the time to respond to even that as it stands.

Taura was correct when she said, “It’s coming.” I could still hear the war drums.

Mouse’s short hair whirled in the wind. Behind those unfathomable glassy eyes, what was she thinking about? Was she thinking about the web too?

They will use it against us if we don’t have control over it. Void take me, then. Give me peace and pardon my transgressions. We had better keep it under control.
