Karryn can now own the titular tits, which is the first addition. It took a laborious and loving year to mold this entirely optional cosmetic into the flesh.

The brand-new Descension Runs are the second installment. Before beginning a new run, a new option is now accessible after winning the game once. Descension is a new difficulty mode located deep within Karryn’s Prison.

A Descension run is made up of many situations.

A scenario that skews standard gameplay is made up of “Unique” and “Carryover” effects.

“Unique effects” are only operational in that particular circumstance.

For the duration of the Descension run, “carryover effects” are in effect.

Once the last boss is defeated, a scenario is won.

You will be taken back to the scenario selection after defeating the scenario.

You will then have a choice between continuing the Descension run by choosing a new scenario, or abandoning the current Descension run.

Additionally, you will be able to end the Descension run upon receiving a Game Over.

You may play descent runs on any difficulty level.

All levels and stats will be reset after completing a Descension run, and any chosen Challenge runs will be canceled.

You can choose the five distinct scenarios in any order.

Achievable Titles come in two varieties as a benefit of completing Descension runs:

When a scenario is completed successfully for the first time on Warden Mode or above, the first kind of Titles are awarded.

You can activate the scenario’s carryover effect on any regular run by doing so.

The second category of titles is awarded for successfully completing several Prisoner Mode situations.

This entails completing a scenario and then carrying on with the Descension run to plummet farther.
