Leather & Madness is a tale that is visually appealing. You take on the role of a young homosexual guy who chooses to accept his sexuality and investigate the leather club scene. He quickly learns that the club has an enigmatic and unnerving presence that appears to be connected to the ancient and unearthly being known as Cthulhu.

A diverse range of men with distinct personalities and histories will be encountered as you traverse the club environment. While some will be more reserved or even aggressive, others will be amiable and accepting. You’ll start learning the club’s secrets as you get to know these men and develop intimate relationships with them.

As the game progresses, strange events will occur more frequently, and it becomes obvious that a sinister and dangerous force is at work. Investigating the club’s mysteries and discovering the truth about the evil entity that inhabits it will require you to utilize your cunning and charm.

You’ll also need to strike a balance between your new experiences in the leather club and your daily life. You’ll have to deal with the difficulties of dating and sustaining relationships while also hiding your new way of life from others who may criticize or hurt you as a result.
