Frank and his partner Annie take a fresh approach to the case in an effort to stop the increase in kidnappings. Frank comes to their campus to speak to young college students on how to spot warning flags in social situations and what to do if they feel threatened. Annie, who is adept at working undercover, locates the kidnappers by infiltrating possible abduction locations.
