ABOUT THE GAME
Set in a nostalgic Japanese suburb during a hot summer, Whispers of Desire is a visual novel that combines romance, drama, and NTR (Netorare) components. The protagonist’s path is shaped by the game’s exploration of complex character connections, emotional difficulties, and tough decisions.
With numerous paths, viewpoints, and branching stories, each choice affects the course of the game and can result in a variety of events, such as betrayal, heartbreak, or love.
OVERVIEW
After years gone, the main character, Kohei, returns to his birthplace of childhood to attend university. There, he rekindles his relationship with Misaki, his old neighbor and elder sister figure, who used to be like sunshine—bright, self-assured, and constantly playful. However, beneath her jovial grin, she now hides loneliness, silent struggles, and a hesitancy she had never experienced before.
The delicate bond between Kohei and Misaki is weakened as friendships, rivalries, and secret desires surface throughout the hot summer days. Their link is not the only bond that is growing; invisible forces are also present beneath the surface. The risk increases with tensions: will he be able to keep what he values, or will someone else take it away from him?
