NOTE

Project Moral is a role-playing game inspired by the creations of Moral Succubus (https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/65129565). This game is rated 18+, but it is primarily an RPG. Transformations are a key emphasis, operating like a class system but with somewhat more force than typical. Enemies are capable of corrupting party members, altering their class and even persuading them to join their side.

ABOUT THE GAME

Julie, who aspires to be a queen, and her friend Colin, who is sensible but still somewhat kinky, find themselves in a location neither of them recalls entering. There, they confront the henchmen of different wrongdoers, including Queen Malika and Queen Ruby.

Julie and Colin may not be fighters, but they claim to know a thing or two about corruption—at least according to the two perverts. To evade becoming thoughtless followers of beings they believed to be fictional, they will need to be cunning.

GAME FEATURES

A complete RPG experience with a primarily linear structure. While hidden areas and optional content are present, the game is not designed as an open-world title.

A unique class system tied directly to character transformations, allowing enemies to forcibly alter a character’s class during combat or story events.

A disguise mechanic where enemy behavior changes if the party’s current transformations match the surrounding environment. When properly disguised, enemies may treat the party as allies, unlocking alternate quest paths and outcomes.

Pseudo Bad Ends replace traditional game overs. Defeat triggers special corrupted-party scenarios instead of ending the game outright. These sequences are currently brief but are planned to expand in situations where they enhance the narrative, after which the party recovers and continues the journey.

The present demo is designed to display the game’s basic structure. This is still an early build, so many aspects are likely to change. Nonetheless, the demo is designed to be as close as possible to the intended final version. Although compromises had to be made, they were minimized to maintain the experience as true to the original intent as possible.
