The story of a serial murder that takes place in a peaceful village in a fictional 1980s Japan is told in the gloomy graphic novel Psycho Mind. Matthew Masayoshi is in charge of identifying the murderer, and he will have assistance from another intriguing figure. The plot is based on actual serial killing instances, such as Ted Bundy and Jeffrey Dahmer.
