OVERVIEW
Before anyone realized the war had begun, the sky was on fire.
When an alien force launches a surprise, high-tech attack on Earth, one of the planet’s most important military bases is the first target. The outpost is taken by surprise and falls within minutes. Its defenses were overpowered before they even realized the threat.
Sgt. Jackson Morris, a decorated ex-soldier on leave, received an emergency transmission from his friend and commanding officer, Colonel Perston, just seconds before being slain by the enemy.
Morris returns to the base alone, driven by grief and a need for justice.
This is where the invasion and reckoning begin.
