A down-on-his-luck bandit is captured by a desperate nobleman and transformed into his long-lost sister in a final attempt to restore the fading influence of House Fresian.
The False Lady is an erotic fantasy interactive story that explores themes of feminization and MtF transformation.
Built with Twine and SugarCube, the game draws inspiration from the acclaimed interactive story The Princess Trap.
While The False Lady is an erotic fantasy, it takes a slow-burn approach rather than constantly placing the player in sexual situations. This current version does not yet include romance or explicit sexual encounters, focusing instead on character development and the unfolding narrative.

Character Art: The character portraits began as hand-drawn illustrations, which were then refined with AI-assisted editing before being further retouched and finalized in GIMP.
