Johnny is your character (though you can rename him if you wish). You’ll be guiding him through his daily life. Will you send him to work, or will you decide otherwise?

JUNE
June, 38, is May’s mother and Augie’s sister. Ever since her ex-husband abandoned her, she has stayed away from dating, focusing instead on raising May. Deeply devoted to her family, June would do anything for them. She works as a Customer Service Manager.

MAY
May is June’s daughter and Augie’s niece. Recently, she has drifted away from her mother and went through a goth phase. She currently works as a cashier.

LAYLA
A quirky, clumsy anime enthusiast with a heart of gold—though weighed down by plenty of social awkwardness. She’s the niece of Augie’s husband, who helped her land her current job in hopes of pulling her out of her former hikikomori lifestyle. Now working as a produce manager, she also has an amusing fondness for leeks. She happens to be Johnny’s childhood friend.

ANN
A fiery, petite gyaru with a passion for fashion, she finds beauty in everything around her. But does that include the main character? She manages the floral department and oversees the front displays. Often exasperated, she snaps at Layla: “For the last time, no—I am not cosplaying as this Marin you keep saying I look like! Stop already!”

SASHA MARIA
A goth girl stuck pushing carts—she despises the sun, but the paycheck makes it worth enduring.

AKAME
Once an assassin in a war-torn land, she abandoned her bloodstained past in search of a fresh start. But can she truly find happiness so far from home? (An alternate-universe take on Akame from Akame ga Kill—with Hinowa ga Crush erased from existence. Best not to mention it at all.)
