She discovers a dungeon that extends unimaginably deep into the ground as well as a large ravine while exploring a magical woodland. Will she be able to descend all the way, regaining her authority and stopping the culprit? Or will the dungeon, outfitted and designed to apprehend Witches like her, finally defeat her?

If you move too quickly without giving it any thought, trouble will be on the way! Be mindful of your surroundings and make sensible decisions. Certain pathways are just riskier to follow, and not all interactions are required!

Gentiana doesn’t just forget that she is capable of using magic outside of combat. In the field, you may use your elemental spells to rekindle engines, freeze water, shock equipment to life, and alter the soil, among other things! While magic isn’t always the answer to your issues, it might occasionally be essential to your development.

It’s Fun to Lose!

Despite having no MP to follow, Gentiana is a strong wizard. However, you’ll need to consider her willpower and stamina in the dungeon. A ward on her soul will trigger if her stamina runs out, forcing her to return to her Sanctuary without her belongings. She will be demoted but ready for another run right away!

However, Gentiana’s foes will have an opportunity to seize her if her Willpower runs out since then none of her magic, including her ward, would function. Although it’s challenging, surviving and escaping imprisonment will let you preserve your belongings for your subsequent run!

The Addition of Flavor to Life

The mechanics provide depth for a range of play styles, while the content accommodates a wide range of preferences. Play as a tactician who takes advantage of opponent vulnerabilities or as an elemental expert who enhances a particular kind of magic. Play a daredevil with lethal dueling spells at close range, or a defensive mage who negates all incoming spells with cunning and forethought. Even cursed items have a niche and a purpose.
