OVERVIEW

FaithBound is a video game in which you take charge of a pagan church and conceal its actual purpose beneath the façade of a normal church during the day. To maintain the façade and avoid being discovered by the authorities, your goal is to spread the word about your faith, draw in new members, and carefully manage the church’s finances.

HOW TO PLAY (Keyboard)

Use Enter to advance dialogue and activate the interface.
Press Space to advance the dialogue without selecting choices
Hit the Arrow keys to navigate the interface.
Press Escape to access the game menu.
Use CTRL to skip the dialogue while held down.
Select Tab to toggle dialogue skipping.
Press the Page up to roll back to the earlier dialogue.
Press the Down page to later dialogue
Press H to hide the user interface.
Use S to take a screenshot.
Use V to toggle assistive self-voicing.
Press Shift+A to open the accessibility menu.

HOW TO PLAY (Mouse)

Left click– Advances dialogue and activates the interface.
Middle click– Hides the user interface.
Right-click– Accesses the game menu.
Mouse Wheel up click rollback side– Rolls back to earlier dialogue.
Mouse Wheel down– Rolls Forward to later dialogue.

Sermons, marriages, baptisms, and other religious ceremonies can help you deepen your religion and strengthen your community. Gain more notoriety while still appearing to be a reputable church.

Activities at Night

The game takes a bold turn at night. Hold twisted ceremonies, carry out covert rites, and sell “sacred” items to raise money for the church. Are you able to hold off the authorities?

Change the Church

Utilize your profits to unlock new activities, upgrade the church’s amenities, and perform better there.
