Neon Bay is an adult text-based life simulation with minor RPG features set in a near-future non-dystopian sci-fi universe with mild cyberpunk influences and a spicy twist. The game has a powerful NPC generation system that generates hundreds of distinct people with their own personalities, emotions, hobbies, and schedules, making each playing feel unique based on who you are and what you’re looking for. As friendship, romance, and physical attraction develop independently, you may become closest friends with someone you are not romantically compatible with, or you may have intense chemistry with someone you hardly know as a person.

Explore three completely formed city districts (for the time being): the Mall, Suburbs, and Downtown, each with multiple gathering points for NPCs based on their schedule. The game features a comprehensive character creation system with extensive customization options, a career system for paying bills, interactive adult content that appears when it makes sense in relationships and storylines, and all of the amenities of a living city, such as random events, branching storylines, and emergent drama. Other elements include a complete smartphone with apps, time and weather systems, clothing and outfits, shopping and inventory, skill checks, and the option to change city demographics and seeds for practically infinite replayability.
