Dark Life

You will play as a student who has recently arrived to Prague’s Charles University to study. The only objective in this game is to survive. Whatever you want to do is allowed. You can also begin other missions and quests if you’d like. Perhaps you could even figure out this world’s mysteries. (Spoiler alert: I haven’t accomplished any of those missions yet, so you might not have figured out the main storyline yet. You can leave a comment with your prediction.)

I made a text-based game named DarkLife two years ago. I put it on hold for a long, but now I want to do all the changes necessary to make it better! 

The story will still be set in Prague but with more detail and a more narrative approach. In this edition, there will finally be storylines and quests to complete. 

On the programming side, this also includes more advanced and organized code (though that’s not something you’ll see, unfortunately). Since I don’t have that much time, I had ChatGPT write many of the descriptions and edit some repetitive parts of the code. Even so, the game is far from complete, or in fact it might never be completed. It would be very helpful if you could write in the comment and give me advices,  correction, bugs, fixes or just your opinion, anything!

! DarkLife 1 had many adult content, which I have decided to decrease and focus more on the philosophical aspect of this game. Thus, I also created a possibility to select “innocent mode” and even “peaceful mode”.
