Since the v0.3 isn’t finished and no characters are truly unlockable in the v0.2, unlocking characters is still off the table. Indeed, characters will be able to be unlocked in the future. However, in order to do that, you must finish the Character Quest linked to the character you’re trying to unlock. You can find the beginning of a character quest anywhere. Once you find it, it becomes much simpler to simply follow the questbook. Every character will start at the canon universe level and can be leveled up from there.
