Eleanor “Ella” D’Faerwyn is from the noble family of Faerwyn’s heir. She’s obedient and a little reserved, but at home, she’s usually gregarious and fun. She treats her maids more like family than as hired help since she adores them.

Sofia Firlake has been the handmaid of Eleanor her entire life. She is upbeat, frequently playful, and incredibly loyal to her mistress. Sofia wants to develop her friendship with Eleanor further now that they are both adults.

Helen Firlake is Sofia and Laura’s mother and the head maid of the Faerwyn household. Although she rarely discusses her troubled history, she is content with her life right now. She holds Julie in high regard as her hero and feels a deep affinity for Eleanor.

Julie D’Faerwyn is Eleanor’s mother and the current head of the Faerwyn family. Over the past fifteen years, the retired special forces captain has discovered more enjoyable and joyful ways to live her life. Although she is normally friendly with everyone around her, she is a strong, proud woman.

Laura Firlake is Sofia’s older half-sister, and she works as a housemaid and gardener for the Faerwyn family. She is intelligent and perceptive, yet she doesn’t say much. Eleanor and Sofia are her little sisters, in her opinion.

Nerisha is a young adult succubus who just moved from the Underground to Earth and started working for Lady Julie. Unlike most succubi, she is liberal-minded and sees people as equals. Nerisha is supposed to be quite “nice and cute.” Succubus Research Diary has featured her before.
